Our customer, a leading architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firm, was in this same situation. They wanted to understand which projects were being affected by COVID-19 impacts in order to assess the net impact on their revenue. With the goal being to pivot and prioritize their goals in a time of crisis, they partnered with CloudMoyo to leverage what-if analysis and Power BI.
The resulting solution was the implementation of what-if parameters in the customer's existing model and Power BI reports. This enabled the predicting or forecasting of what could happen in the future, giving financial professionals and project managers a single view to inform decision-making.
