• 65% of CIOs expect to expand their analytics capabilities in the next two years, while only 52% expect to ramp up customer experience skills over the same time period
• 82% of CIOs rate their current analytics and insights capabilities as average or below
• 59% of technology leaders expect that analytics will be one of the areas with the most impact on their business in the next two years, yet 57% feel that they’re currently underinvested in this area
• Over 50% of all technology leaders anticipate significant spending increases in the next two years in customer data, machine learning, and analytics tools
